PrepareGetting ready for the visit
A short list of things to agree with the team, so the visit is quick and the place is ready.

For every visit
- Choose a day when the place can stay closed for as long as the technician says.
- Store food, dishes and utensils in closed cabinets.
- Plan where pets will stay during and after the visit.
- Clear access to kitchens, bathrooms, storage and the areas where you saw pests.
- Ask the technician when you can use each space again.
The website and the app give no health advice. The technician tells you how to prepare and when you can use each space again.
